Pine Brook House in Bolton Landing

3 bedrooms

The owners of Timberlane Cottages on Lake George introduces Pine Brook house, a Victorian home nestled on a quiet street in the Town of Bolton Landing.

Originally, Pine Brook House was a fancy hotel for tourists and travelers during Lake George’s Gilded Age. As the area changed, part of the hotel structure was demolished and Pine Brook became a boarding house and overnight-stay for Lake George Island campers.

During the 60s, the house was purchased by the Wacks family and slowly renovated into a summer home. Now an extension of Timberlane Cottages, we are renting this vintage home fully set up for your summer enjoyment with all the amenities of Timberlane Cottages on Lake George.

Dock space is available for water craft or you can captain one of Timberlane’s kayaks, rowboats or canoes. Our beach is ready for your relaxation or to take a long lazy swim. Our timbered words are perfect for a hike.

Timberlane boathouse and docks accommodate fisher-persons, bookworms, sunbathers… and those who want to do nothin’!

This romantic homestead is available for rent during the summer as well as the fall season.

Pine Brook’s first floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, full guest bathroom, and laundry room. The second floor includes a king-size bedroom, queen-size bedroom, guest queen-size sleeping platform, another full bathroom and porch.
