Brook Cottage

Timberlane’s 1800’s Victorian lake house has a view of the lake as well as view into Adirondack Victorian life.  The interior features the original pine-paneled, twig-trim décor complete with a stone fireplace in the living and dining room for romantic, cozy evenings.  The front porch is traditionally furnished.  The interior layout includes a separate kitchen, bathroom with a claw-foot tub and a separate shower.  There are two bedrooms – one master bedroom with a daybed and the other, two twin beds and a daybed.


Pine Cottage and Hemlock Cottage

Built on old stone foundations, Hemlock and Pine cabins are reminiscent of the Great Camp cabins with their large stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. Tucked into the Adirondack forest with porch views of the lake, Hemlock and Pine cabins are perfect for family vacations.  The main room includes the original Adirondack living room and dining furniture centered on the original working stone fireplace. The large well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast table.  The master bedroom has a double bed and daybed, and twin beds and daybed in the second bedroom.The bathroom is large, with shower and storage.


Lakeview Attached Cabins – Chestnut & Hickory

Located just 200 feet from water's edge, with picturesque views of the lake, timbers and flower gardens, these cabins offer a roofed porch with vintage furniture for snoozing or al fresco dining. Each cabin has a master bedroom and a cathedral ceiling with sleeping lofts (great for kids who want to stay up all night when their parents are sleeping!) There is a large living and dining room with an open kitchen.


Attached Forest Cabins – Elm & Maple – Birch & Oak

Nestled in a forest of tall pine and hemlock trees, Elm and Maple cabins provide a wonderful, cozy hideaway in the Adirondacks. With their large screened-in porches and comfortable, Adirondack style furnishings, the cabins are an oasis for reading the local newspaper with a cup of coffee in the early morning while listening to the birds. A leisurely afternoon can be spent in a comfy daybed or Adirondack chair and later you can enjoy a relaxing dinner under the stars.Both interiors include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Each cabin accommodates 4 guests.


Pine Brook House

Situated on an acre of land with a running brook, the Pine Brook House is an 1800’s Victorian House in the Town of Bolton. Owned by our family for over 50 years, this adorably-decorated house includes dining and living rooms, kitchen, breakfast room overlooking the brook, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and all the amenities for housekeeping. Pine Brook’s large front porch is filled with Adirondack furniture for snoozing and neighborly invites. Pine Brook House accommodates up to 6 guests and is rented by the season. Rate upon request.
